Lots of mango trees around forty years old or more, coconuts, santol, bananas, guyabano, etc.  Ideal for weekend retreat house and recreational farming.  Soil is rich.  Any plants can be grown.  Potable water is supplied by a spring.  For watering the garden, can tap from the Tama River or from the creek.  Water are flowing and clear.  Power is available.
