A very nice place to develop as farm/resort.  About 2 hours from Manila with good road from SLEx to the town proper.  The barangay road needs improvement and  reachable.  The place is serene.  The areae has lots of coconut trees (1,000 income earning), ricefield, fishpond that harvesting yummy taste of St. Peter fish or tilapia and a road to be asphalted.  The area is still in its natural state undisturbed yet.   The surrounding is cool because of trees and water available. From the town proper of Luisiana about 15 minutes by car.
